Terms of Service

Effective July 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ThinkOS, including the ThinkOS mobile and desktop applications, ThinkOS Cloud, and our websites (together, the “Services”), provided by Think Agents (“Think Agents,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, activity under your account, and protecting your password, authorized devices, provider credentials, and Recovery Keys. Tell us promptly at hello@thinkagents.ai or through ThinkOS support if you believe an account or device has been compromised.

2. Permission to use ThinkOS

Subject to these Terms, Think Agents grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes. You may not interfere with the Services, bypass access or security controls, misuse another person’s account or data, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, or use the Services unlawfully.

3. Your content and encrypted Spheres

You retain ownership of content you submit to ThinkOS. You grant us only the rights needed to operate, secure, and support the Services at your direction. Cloud-enabled Sphere data is designed to be encrypted before upload. You are responsible for maintaining authorized devices and safeguarding Recovery Keys; if all means of recovery are lost, we may be unable to recover encrypted content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for content, accounts, credentials, and data you connect to ThinkOS.

4. Hosted AI and third-party services

When you start a hosted chat, you direct ThinkOS to send the selected plaintext prompt and bounded context to the AI provider and model you selected. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other consequential decisions.

Third-party models, websites, integrations, and services are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for your use of those services and any provider charges. Think Agents is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

5. Credentials and actions

You may authorize ThinkOS agents to use accounts, tools, credentials, or connected services within permissions and approval boundaries you choose. You remain responsible for reviewing those permissions and for actions you approve. You may revoke devices and supported credentials through the Services.

6. Alpha features and service changes

TestFlight, preview, alpha, and experimental features may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain errors. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may limit access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or protection of the Services and users.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, excluding your content, are owned by Think Agents or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant rights to our names, logos, or trademarks. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ThinkOS at any time. You can permanently delete your ThinkOS Cloud account directly in the mobile app under Settings > Account, or request help through ThinkOS support. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Think Agents disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, preservation or recoverability of encrypted data, or the accuracy of AI-generated output. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Agents and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services change. We will publish revisions here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use the Services after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

12. Contact
