This page describes a planned program. It does not establish that enrollment, accrual, trading, or claims are live.

THINK rewards · planned program

A closer look at planned ThinkOS rewards.

A planned program that puts eligible ThinkOS revenue toward THINK purchases, staking rewards and points rewards, and gives Digital Souls a role in the app. The main rules are here, including what’s still being finalized.

Planned for January rewards and all pre-season staking rewards.

Target dates · subject to launch readiness

Where rewards come from

Eligible net revenue, after defined costs.

Under the proposed program, allocations would come from eligible ThinkOS revenue after defined deductions. The design is a split of eligible net revenue, not gross sales, and remains subject to final published terms.

Start

Collected ThinkOS revenue

Subscription and paid-feature payments that have actually been collected.

Minus

Defined deductions

  • Sales taxes
  • Refunds and chargebacks
  • Payment-processing fees
  • ThinkOS computer infrastructureActual hosting costs, with no markup
  • Program transaction gasContracts, reward funding, program purchases and staking
  • Unrecovered eligible costsFrom an earlier month that ran at a loss
Equals

Eligible net revenue pool

Calculated each month in UTC. No general company overhead is deducted.

Split 50 / 40 / 10 below

Not in the pool. Separately billed pass-through purchases, such as model credits and third-party compute, and their costs aren’t deducted twice.

Loss months. When eligible costs exceed revenue, the month creates no new rewards. The shortfall carries forward once.

Free Soul plans. Plans covered by an attached Digital Soul bring in no subscription revenue, so they add nothing to the pool.

50%

Open-market THINK purchases

  • Budget set after each month is reconciled, then spread over the next 30 days at varying daily times.
  • Unspent funds stay reserved for later purchases.
  • No guaranteed effect on token price.

40%

Staking rewards

  • Shared by token-days: THINK staked × time staked that month.
  • Company wallets follow the same rules.

10%

Points rewards

  • Shared by your share of eligible points that season.
  • Points come from historical staking (January to March 2027) and paid referrals.

Season calendar

How the seasons are planned to work.

The dates below are targets, not confirmation that rewards are accruing. Under the proposed terms, seasons would be calendar months in UTC and a referral payment’s rate would follow the month it’s collected.

Oct 1 – Dec 31, 2026

Pre-season

8referral points per
qualifying net dollar
  • Eligible pre-season referral points would count once, in January.
  • If activated under final terms, staking rewards would use eligible token-days and be held until the target first-claim date.
  • The proposed 10% points funds would join January.
January 2027

Season 1

4per qualifying

  • Historical points take part.
  • Pre-season points and funds join.
February – March 2027

Seasons 2–3

4per qualifying

  • Historical points take part again; they aren’t newly issued.
  • Pre-season points don’t repeat.
April 2027 onward

Season 4 and later

  • Historical points retire from payouts.
  • Rewards already finalized stay claimable within their own window.

Two ways to take part

Staking rewards and points rewards work differently.

Historical points

Recognition for staking before Season 1.

10,000points in total, shared among eligible community stakers. One allocation, not issued monthly.
Loyalty multiplier, up to 2×1 + days staked ÷ days from TGE to the snapshotWorked out per staked amount. New deposits don’t inherit an older deposit’s age.
Digital Soul multiplier, up to 2×1 + 10% per eligible Soul, counted to 10Applied across all verified linked wallets. Souls alone, without staking history, earn no historical points.

Example. A stake in one wallet and five eligible Souls in another, both linked before the deadline: the combined historical weight gets a 1.5× Soul multiplier. Eleven Souls still give 2×.

  • Take part in January, February and March 2027, then retire.
  • Unstaking later doesn’t remove them.
  • Company and treasury stakes are excluded.
Referral points

Points when the people you refer pay.

8per qualifying net dollar, pre-season
4January to March 2027
1from April 2027

Example. $100 of qualifying net referred revenue earns 800 points if collected in the pre-season (counted in January), 400 in January to March, and 100 from April, while the customer is still within their 12-month window.

  • One referrer per customer, by link or code. Accounts must be created within 30 days of following the link.
  • Customers can confirm or correct their referrer before their first payment.
  • Each customer earns you points for 12 months from their first successful payment.
  • Signups alone, refunded payments, self-referrals and duplicate accounts don’t count.

Digital Souls

Attach a Soul to your agent.

The proposed program includes wallet-held Digital Soul attachment. Under the planned terms, attaching at least one eligible Soul to a Think Agent would cover a $15/month personal plan while eligibility continues. Final utility and eligibility remain subject to published terms.

  • The proposed attachment would keep the NFT in your wallet; there would be no escrow.
  • One Soul per agent, and one agent per Soul, at a time under the proposed terms.
  • Already paying? If activated, the benefit would apply from your next billing cycle, with no prorated refund.
  • More Souls would not add plan credit, and ThinkOS computers would be paid separately.
  • Attaching would not let an agent spend funds, and transferring the NFT would not transfer your private agent data.

Claiming

How claims are planned to work.

The planned claim flow, once claims are available.

  1. A season ends

Each season is one calendar month in UTC.

  2. 30 days to reconcile

Costs, payments and refunds are checked before rewards are finalized.

  3. Rewards become claimable

Staking and points rewards, as USDC on Ethereum mainnet.

  4. Claim within a year

Combine several seasons in one claim. You pay the gas in ETH.

Program rules

The details that matter.

These are proposed mechanics for the program. They do not establish that rewards are accruing or claimable, and final terms may differ.

Refunds and corrections

Refunded payments don’t earn referral points. A refund before a season settles reduces the related points. A refund after settlement is offset against that referrer’s future rewards, without taking back finalized USDC or charging unrelated referrers. Revenue and reward adjustments are reconciled so the same loss is never deducted twice.

Months where costs exceed revenue

A month with no positive eligible net revenue creates no new rewards, never negative ones. The uncovered eligible costs carry forward and are deducted once from a later month before its split. Previously allocated rewards and finalized balances are untouched.

Seasons with no eligible recipients

If nobody qualifies for the staking bucket or the points bucket in a season, those funds carry forward in the same bucket until someone does. They don’t become company income and aren’t split again.

Unclaimed rewards

Each seasonal reward can be claimed for one year from when it becomes claimable. New rewards and combined claims don’t extend an older reward’s deadline. Unclaimed USDC that expires returns to its original bucket for a later season.

Unstaking or selling a Soul later

Under the proposal, historical points would be set at the announced snapshot and stay eligible through the first three seasons. Unstaking afterward would stop new monthly staking weight. Selling or detaching your last qualifying Soul would end the plan benefit after verification. Finalized USDC would keep its own claim window.

Points ownership

Points can’t be sold, sent or traded. Historical points belong to the wallet that earned them; referral points belong to the referring account. Linking wallets combines eligible rewards without duplicating points.

Company and treasury wallets

They take part in the 40% staking pool under the same rules and may receive a substantial share, which may support company operations. They are excluded from the 10,000 historical points.

Pre-season revenue

Under the proposed terms, eligible pre-season revenue would use the same deductions and split. The 40% staking share would be calculated from eligible token-days and held until the announced first-claim date. The 10% points share would join January’s rewards, and the 50% would stay reserved for THINK purchases until reconciliation is complete. No pre-season accrual is confirmed yet.

How THINK purchases are made

After each month is reconciled, the purchase budget is planned to be spread across the following 30 days, aiming for daily purchases at varying times rather than one bulk trade. Execution follows documented cost and market limits; unspent funds stay in the purchase bucket. This doesn’t guarantee a token price or stop others from reacting to visible activity.

AppCoin

The proposed points program would replace AppCoin. Past staking would be recognized through the 10,000 historical points, with no separate AppCoin program or extra balance conversion.

What’s still being finalized
  • Supported staking and NFT contracts, and the exact historical start date
  • Enrollment and wallet-linking instructions
  • The supported USDC contract and claim details
  • Final program terms

We’ll publish these before launch.

Think Lab, Inc. did not create or issue $THINK. The mechanics and dates above describe the planned program and remain subject to final published terms. Reward amounts would depend on the eligible pool and participation. Points would have no fixed dollar value; no minimum payout, token price effect, or investment return is promised.
