iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

  • Take over cloud browser sessions when hands-on input or authorization is needed.

Desktop

  • Manage cloud computer access, models, integrations, team assignments, work, and maintenance from Settings.
  • Place spheres on dedicated cloud computers and follow guided setup when cloud state needs initialization or migration.
  • Switching lenses no longer causes the macOS titlebar height to jump.

Reliability

  • Cloud state and threads sync with improved conflict handling and recovery safeguards.
  • Approval preferences persist more reliably across work sessions.
  • The bundled agent runtime has been updated for the latest fixes.

Known Alpha Gaps

  • Cloud computers are an alpha capability and may require guided setup or reauthorization as the service evolves.
  • Some cloud workflows may pause for initialization, sphere placement, or browser takeover before work can continue.
