This macOS alpha release adds conversational setup, animated agent avatars, easier Sphere navigation and sharing, and more reliable sync and queued work.

iPhone and iPad through TestFlight
- ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
- Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
- New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
- TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
- Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

- Keep completed replies and message order consistent across synced devices.
- Share Spheres with clearer history consent, progress, and retry options.
- Delete Spheres with a choice about their content and more reliable removal of shared copies.
Reliability
- Recover queued work after offline restarts, with more reliable Slack recovery.
- Review fewer unnecessary collaboration conflicts while preserving unresolved edits.
- Sign-in handles brief connection failures more reliably, and automatic update progress refreshes correctly.
