iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

  • Dictate prompts and start Grok live voice from the composer, with restored transcripts and words paced to reply audio.
  • Queue follow-up messages or steer an active chat turn.
  • Use Auto model routing and keep saved task model choices after restarting.
  • Find clearer Sign in and Create account actions when accessing account-only features.

Companion Sync

  • Receive paired-thread messages and progress updates faster, with more reliable delivery after interruptions.
  • Manage pairing with persistent manual codes, clearer connection status, and restored device removal controls.
  • Keep Sphere invitations pending until the recipient registers a device.

Reliability

  • Recover interrupted Sphere invitations and sync more reliably while preserving newer local edits.
  • Keep your conversation scroll position and open thread stable as background updates arrive.
  • Stay responsive during startup and Slack catch-up, with improved microphone permission handling.

Updating
