iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

  • Navigate nested Spheres and threads from Home, and create Spheres or channels from the global New menu.
  • Browse alongside your conversation with multiple tabs, a separate window option, and page annotations you can send to chat.
  • Queue follow-up messages or steer an active chat without waiting for it to finish.

Desktop

  • Dictate prompts with recording controls and clearer microphone setup feedback.
  • Search conversations, rename threads, and keep your reading position as new messages arrive.
  • Use automatic model selection and restore saved task models after restarting.

Companion Sync

  • Receive paired thread messages and activity updates faster, with improved delivery recovery.
  • Keep pairing controls and connection status stable during background refreshes.
  • Sphere invitations can wait for the recipient to register a device before delivery.

Reliability

  • Recover interrupted invitations and collaboration sync more reliably while preserving newer local edits.
  • Keep the current Sphere conversation open when other threads update.
  • Stay responsive during startup and Slack catch-up, with fewer stale running indicators and false approval failures.
