iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • Collaborate in Spaces with invitations, replies, reactions, conversation search, and shared read state.
  • Browse beside your conversation with multiple tabs, a separate browser window, and page annotations you can send into chat.
  • Use Auto model selection with provider preferences and usage limits, and find Ollama and Apple Intelligence during setup.

Desktop

  • Queue follow-up messages or steer an active chat, with clearer tool activity while answers stream.
  • Dictate prompts with improved microphone permission handling, recording controls, and setup guidance.
  • Keep your reading position and open conversation steady as background updates arrive.
  • Rename threads and agents, and create local Spheres from the global New menu.

Companion Sync

  • Receive paired conversation messages and status updates faster and more reliably.
  • Pair devices with clearer connection status, persistent manual codes, and more stable desktop controls.

Reliability

  • Recover interrupted Space invitations, member removals, and reconnects more reliably.
  • Preserve local edits and conflict drafts during sync, and restore saved task models after restarting.
  • Enjoy more responsive startup and Slack catch-up, with fewer false approval failures.

Updating
