iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

  • Queue follow-up messages or steer an active chat while the agent is working.
  • Browse beside your conversation with multiple tabs, page annotations, and a separate browser window.
  • Use Auto model selection across desktop and cloud work, with provider preferences and usage limits.
  • Collaborate in Spaces with invitations, replies, reactions, and conversation search.

Desktop

  • Find Search in Space in the sidebar and access Space and channel actions with a right-click.
  • Dictate prompts with clearer recording controls and improved microphone permission handling.
  • Choose Ollama or Apple Intelligence during onboarding, with setup checks before completion.
  • Rename conversations and agents, and keep your profile name in sync with your account.

Companion Sync

  • Pair devices with persistent codes, native copy controls, and clearer connection status.
  • Keep desktop pairing controls stable during background checks and recover paired conversations more reliably.

Reliability

  • Recover interrupted Space sync and invitations more reliably while preserving local edits and conflict drafts.
  • Keep your reading position as conversations update, with a shortcut to jump to the latest messages.
  • Restore each task's saved model after restarting ThinkOS.
  • Experience fewer slowdowns during startup and Slack catch-up.
