iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • Collaborate in Spaces with invitations, replies, reactions, conversation search, and read state that syncs across devices.
  • Browse beside your conversation with multiple tabs, a detachable window, and page annotations you can send to an agent.
  • Use Auto model selection with provider preferences and usage limits, and find Ollama and Apple Intelligence options during onboarding.

Desktop

  • Rename agents directly from their profile names, rename threads, and access Space and channel actions through right-click menus.
  • Dictate prompts with clearer recording controls and improved microphone permission handling.
  • Keep streamed responses visible while following current tool activity, and retain your reading position as conversations update.
  • Manage account settings in a dedicated tab and choose when to receive desktop notifications.

Companion Sync

  • Pair devices with persistent codes, native copy controls, and clearer connection status.
  • Keep desktop pairing controls stable during background checks and retain a new pairing code after the first phone connects.
  • Recover Space connections more reliably while preserving this Mac's device identity across reconnects and logout.

Reliability

  • Stay responsive during startup and Slack catch-up, with automatic continuation after Slack rate limits.
  • See pending Space messages more clearly and recover interrupted invitations and message delivery more reliably.
  • Preserve conflict drafts, newer local edits, and keys this Mac still needs when importing a Recovery Kit.
  • Keep Discord channels available when thread discovery fails.
