iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • Collaborate in Spaces with invitations, replies, reactions, conversation search, and synced read state.
  • Browse beside each conversation with multiple tabs, a detachable window, and page annotations you can send into chat.
  • Find Ollama and Apple Intelligence in onboarding, and use Auto model selection with provider preferences and usage limits.

Desktop

  • Start in Spaces, with right-click menus for Spaces and channels and a unified menu for creating chats, threads, agents, and Spaces.
  • Manage account details in a dedicated Settings tab and rename threads directly.
  • Dictate prompts with clearer recording controls, setup guidance, and fixes for microphone permissions and silent input.
  • Keep your reading position as conversations update, then jump to the latest messages when ready.

Companion Sync

  • Pair companion devices with persistent codes, native copy controls, and more accurate connection status.
  • Connect another phone without losing access to a fresh pairing code.

Reliability

  • Space messages show clearer pending status, with better delivery recovery after interruptions and reconnects.
  • Shared Spaces better preserve local edits, deleted threads, participant names, and photos during sync.
  • Get more reliable completion notifications and control whether system notifications appear while ThinkOS is focused.
