iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • Browse beside each conversation with multiple tabs, a separate window option, and page annotations you can send into chat.
  • Collaborate in Spaces with invitations, replies, reactions, conversation search, and read state synced across devices.
  • Use Auto to select models for desktop and cloud work while respecting model exclusions and provider usage limits.

Desktop

  • Dictate prompts with recording controls, clearer setup guidance, and fixes for microphone permissions and silent input.
  • Rename conversations, switch computers within existing threads, and return to the latest messages without losing your reading position.
  • Manage notifications from an inbox and choose whether macOS notifications appear while ThinkOS is focused.

Companion Sync

  • Pair devices with persistent manual codes, copy controls, and clearer connection status.
  • Keep pairing another device after the first connects, with more reliable paired conversation delivery.

Reliability

  • Recover Space messages and invitations more reliably after interruptions, while preserving newer edits and thread deletions.
  • Review Space conflicts in a dedicated conversation and retain conflict drafts through refreshes.
  • Reach the Welcome to Think screen at startup and navigate back reliably through deeply nested Spheres.
