iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

  • Collaborate in Spaces with invitations, replies, reactions, conversation search, and read state shared across devices.
  • Browse beside each conversation with multiple tabs, a detachable window, and page annotations you can send into chat.
  • Use Auto to select models for your requests, with provider preferences and usage controls.

Desktop

  • Dictate prompts with recording controls, clearer feedback, and help completing setup.
  • Rename conversations, jump to the latest messages, and keep your reading position as updates arrive.
  • Manage alerts through a notification inbox and preferences, including notifications while ThinkOS is focused.

Companion Sync

  • Pair devices with persistent codes, native copy controls, and clearer connection status.
  • Keep desktop pairing controls stable during background checks and continue pairing after the first phone connects.
  • Get more reliable message delivery and faster updates in paired conversations.

Reliability

  • Post Space messages while offline with clear pending status and improved delivery recovery after reconnecting.
  • Recover interrupted invitations and preserve Space identity, participant names, and photos through reconnects.
  • Review conflicting Space changes in a dedicated conversation while retaining conflict drafts across refreshes.
  • Load the workspace sooner and keep typing responsive as conversation history and sync updates arrive.
