Highlights

  • The desktop app now has a broader first-run setup, stronger onboarding, and clearer workspace navigation for threads, spheres, memory, workflows, settings, and trust controls.
  • Spheres make it easier to organize work, keep threads scoped, and manage nested areas of responsibility.
  • Chief of Staff workflows now cover operating records, source transparency, secrets, connector setup, and approval-oriented review flows.

Desktop

  • Chat and thread experiences feel smoother, with cleaner answer reveal behavior, better markdown spacing, stop controls for running threads, and improved activation when starting or switching conversations.
  • Settings now cover profiles, appearance, model routing, integrations, secrets, workflows, update controls, and companion pairing in a more complete desktop surface.
  • Workbench and memory areas now support richer source import, file attachments, document intelligence, search, recall, and review of proposed memory.

Mobile Companion

  • The iOS companion adds paired mobile chat, QR pairing, thread search, thread rename and actions, ToDo threads, sidebar improvements, and live activity display.
  • Mobile settings now mirror more desktop configuration, including profile, appearance, model routing, workflows, Brain sources and memories, connectors, secrets, and Sphere Agent settings.
  • Mobile companion actions now support editing spheres and workflows, reviewing delivery approvals, managing memory, and removing sources.

Reliability

  • Chat streaming and handoff behavior has been tightened across desktop and mobile, especially around new threads, final answer reveal, typing state, and live routing while answers stream.
  • Alpha release delivery is more complete, with public release notes, latest-download support, signed release packaging, notarization preflight checks, and safer release artifact handling.
  • Companion relay syncing is more resilient, with pairing, redelivery, activity updates, revoke checks, and polling behavior improved for alpha use.
