iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

  • Browse alongside each conversation with multiple tabs, a separate browser window, and page annotations you can send into chat.
  • Create Space conversations, invite participants, reply to messages, add reactions, and search conversation history.
  • Use Auto model selection with provider preferences and usage limits.

Desktop

  • Dictate prompts in Orbit and Space conversations with clearer setup guidance and recording controls.
  • Rename threads, jump to the latest messages, and keep your reading position as conversations update.
  • Manage alerts in a notification inbox and choose whether macOS notifications appear while ThinkOS is focused.

Companion Sync

  • Pair devices with persistent codes, copy controls, and clearer connection status in desktop settings.
  • Keep a new pairing code available after the first phone connects and recover connections more reliably.

Reliability

  • Space posts can be accepted locally while offline, with a clear pending state until delivery.
  • Space invitations and messages recover more reliably after interrupted connections, while participant names and photos stay visible.
  • Read state stays in sync across devices, and deleted threads remain deleted during peer sync.
  • Enjoy smoother typing, faster initial workspace loading, and more accurate running indicators.
