iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • Spaces now support participants, invitations, human messaging, replies, reactions, conversation search, and new conversations.
  • Auto routing can select an available model for each task, with provider preferences, quota awareness, and failover controls.
  • Prompt dictation adds active recording controls, clearer setup guidance, and improved feedback.

Desktop

  • The notification inbox now includes dismissal and granular preferences.
  • Routines can be created from webhooks, edited, run, and deleted from the thread drawer.
  • Account settings now support verified extra email addresses, confirmation codes, and explicit account combining.
  • Conversation navigation preserves reading position, offers Jump to Latest, and keeps image attachments stable during active turns.

Companion Sync

  • Spaces, settings, deletions, read state, and device actions reconcile more reliably across paired devices.
  • Newly shared Spaces can appear and reconnect without restarting the desktop app.
  • Partial invitations resume safely without resending successful invitations.

Reliability

  • Typing in the composer no longer causes the whole thread to re-layout.
  • Slack replies retain their root-thread context, and GitHub repository summaries load more reliably.
  • Session handoffs clear stale account identity, while settings and collaboration changes recover more safely from interrupted sync.
