iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • Spaces now support participants, invitations, human messaging, replies, reactions, conversation search, and new conversations within an existing Space.
  • Auto routing can select an available model for each task, with dedicated preferences, provider guidance, quota awareness, and failover.
  • New Actions and For You views bring current work, updates, and suggested next steps into the desktop experience.

Desktop

  • Dictate prompts and Space messages with setup guidance, live controls, and clearer recording feedback.
  • Manage notification preferences and dismiss items from the desktop notification inbox.
  • Create, edit, delete, and trigger routines from conversation controls, including authenticated webhook routines.
  • Account settings now support verified extra email addresses and guided account combining with explicit confirmation.

Companion Sync

  • Spaces, read state, settings, deletions, and conversations stay in sync more consistently across running devices.
  • Newly shared Spaces can appear without restarting, and partial invitations can resume without repeating completed deliveries.
  • Switch between connected computers in existing conversations while preserving current context and progress.

Reliability

  • Conversation scrolling now preserves your reading position and offers a clear jump to the latest message.
  • Slack replies retain their thread context, while interrupted or stale agent sessions recover more cleanly.
  • Image attachments, previews, notification delivery, settings drafts, and long-running provider turns are more resilient.
  • This remains an alpha release, so collaboration, syncing, and newer desktop surfaces may still have rough edges.
