iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • Spaces now support shared conversations, participants, invitations, human posts, replies, reactions, search, and clearer collaboration controls.
  • Automatic model routing can select an available provider for each task, remember thread choices, show routing blockers, and recover from unavailable providers.
  • Desktop dictation is available in chat composers with active controls, setup guidance, and clearer recording feedback.

Desktop

  • A unified desktop shell adds dedicated views for actions, personalized updates, agent profiles, and workspaces.
  • Settings now include provider usage limits, granular notification controls, webhook routines, admin launch flags, and clearer update progress.
  • Account settings support verified extra email addresses and explicit account combining with confirmation and consent safeguards.
  • Conversation reading is smoother with preserved scroll position, jump-to-latest controls, durable read state, and more reliable image attachments.

Companion Sync

  • Space messages, profiles, notification preferences, read state, deletions, and settings sync more consistently across connected devices.
  • Encrypted collaboration notifications and delivery recovery improve timely updates while protecting account and Space boundaries.

Reliability

  • Space creation and invitations recover more cleanly from interrupted sync, stale locks, pending invitations, and occupied email addresses.
  • Long-running and interrupted agent sessions recover more reliably, while Slack and Discord conversations retain better thread context.
  • This is an alpha release; some collaboration, sync, and newly introduced desktop surfaces may still have rough edges.
