iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

  • Search Spaces conversations and jump to the latest messages while keeping your place when reading older posts.
  • Dictate prompts in Orbit and Space conversations with recording controls and clearer setup guidance.
  • Use Auto to select models across desktop and cloud runs, with provider preferences and usage limit controls.

Desktop

  • Manage alerts in a notification inbox with dismissal and granular preferences.
  • Switch computers within existing threads and see branch and line changes in coding conversations.
  • Edit and delete routines from the thread drawer and set up webhook triggers.
  • Get simpler first-run setup and customize your Chief of Staff's name and appearance.

Reliability

  • Keep Space read state in sync across devices and preserve newer local edits during synchronization.
  • View image attachments more reliably during active conversations and when reopening previews.
  • Receive more reliable completion and direct-message notifications, with improved cloud notification catch-up.
  • Recover more smoothly from interrupted cloud setup and account sign-out.
