iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

  • Create Space conversations, invite participants, and use message reactions, replies, and search.
  • Dictate prompts, including in Space conversations, with active controls and clearer setup feedback.
  • Use Auto to select models across desktop and cloud runs, with provider preferences and usage limits.

Desktop

  • Switch machines in existing threads and see Git branch and line changes in coding conversations.
  • Review and dismiss notifications in a new inbox, with granular notification controls.
  • Edit or delete routines from the thread drawer and configure webhook triggers.

Reliability

  • Keep your reading position as conversations update, and jump to the latest messages when ready.
  • Sync Space read state across devices and better preserve local edits during synchronization.
  • View image attachments more reliably, including while a response is in progress.
  • Recover more smoothly from interrupted setup, cloud computer checkout issues, and account sign-out.
