iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

  • Use Auto to select models for desktop and cloud work, with provider usage limits and routing preferences.

Desktop

  • Switch machines within existing threads and see branch and line changes in coding conversations.
  • Catch up through a notification inbox with dismissal and granular notification controls.
  • Edit or delete routines from the thread drawer and set up webhook triggers.

Reliability

  • Keep your reading position as conversations update, then jump to the latest messages when ready.
  • View image attachments more reliably during active turns and when revisiting conversations.
  • Preserve newer local edits during sync and recover interrupted peer connections more reliably.
  • Recover more smoothly from sign-out and interrupted cloud setup.
