iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • Create conversations within existing Spaces, invite participants, and post in human-only conversations.
  • Hand off work to agents with @mentions and see which agent authored a response.
  • Rename your Chief of Staff or change its appearance by clicking its avatar.

Desktop

  • Get started with a shorter AI setup flow and clearer explanations for system permission requests.
  • Choose an approval mode when your agent reaches its first consequential action.
  • Access account controls from the lens rail, with all Orbit lenses enabled by default and your configured order respected.

Reliability

  • Sync recovers more reliably from interrupted connections and preserves changes made while synchronization is underway.
  • Shared conversation history is better preserved when updates merge, and bulk Sphere sync is faster.
  • Settings and secret updates are better protected against crashes and simultaneous changes.
  • Slack replies stay threaded, and dropping folders into Workbench chat no longer triggers a folder-read error.
